It's Spring!!!  What better way to celebrate than by having a lemonade stand with your family?  The Parent Place is asking families to "Take a Stand... Against Child Abuse" by conducting their own lemonade stands throughout the month of April - National Child Abuse Prevention Month -- and donating the proceeds to the Parent Place.

Think of the fun you can have decorating, mixing, soaking up the sun, etc. while supporting a great cause!  You can be very creative with this idea and hold lemonade stands after church, at preschool - the sky's the limit...  The important thing is that as a family you spend time together helping other families who areless fortunate.  Our family is doing this and thought yours might like to, also.  For information, call 753-8730.  All proceeds will support families right here in our community.
